Enquiries through the form
When you send an enquiry through the “Get a quote” form, we process the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (optional), vehicle, the services you pick, your message and any photos you attach. They reach us by email, and we use them only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
We keep them as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any work that follows, or as long as record-keeping laws require. We do not pass them on to third parties or use them for marketing.
To prevent abuse, we keep the sender’s IP address in encrypted (hashed) form for at most one hour to limit the number of enquiries.
Contact by phone, email or message
If you contact us directly, we use the details from the call or message only to answer you and for any work that follows.
Visiting the website (server log files)
On every visit the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This is needed to run the website securely and reliably, is not linked to you personally and is deleted automatically after a short period, at the latest after 30 days. The website runs on servers of our hosting partner Everon, who processes the data only on our behalf.
Google Maps
The enquiry form shows our location with Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The map only loads when you open the form. Google then receives your IP address and technical details about your browser, and data may also be transferred to servers of Google LLC in the USA. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
Fonts, cookies and external links
Fonts are served from our own server, without any connection to Google or other providers. The website sets no cookies. Links to Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.
Legal basis
We process data under the Personal Data Protection Act of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Enquiries are processed to prepare a quote at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); log files and abuse protection are based on our legitimate interest in running the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. An email to info@tmprofi.com is all it takes.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (www.azlp.ba) or, if you live in the EU, the data protection authority in your country.
